Terms and Conditions

Please read the following rules and ensure you comply with them all.

  • Do not arrive too early.
  • Parking is easy and accessible at the entrance to the meadow
  • Make sure when entering and leaving the field that the gate is securely shut.
  • For ease of changeovers, make sure you are back at your car 5 minutes before your session has ended.
  • Do not let your dog(s) out of the car until the other cars have left.
  • All dogs must be kept on a lead outside of the meadow at all times.

Poo

Please bring your own biodegradable poo bags as we kindly ask you to take this home with you. Please, if you come across someone else’s poo that has been missed, please pick it up, so that the field can remain beautiful and poo free.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be given if you miss your allocated slot.
  • You cannot stay longer if you arrive late.
  • Refunds will be given if we have to close the field.
  • Bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the terms and conditions.

Dogs

  • Please reschedule if your dog is showing signs of being unwell.
  • If you are mixing dogs from other households, these dogs should all know each other and have been socialised so there is no conflict.
  • All dogs entering the field must be up to date with vaccinations and wormed.
  • Dogs must be supervised at all times.

Use of the field

  • Before using our field you must agree to the terms and conditions.
  • The owners must take full responsibility for all loss, damage, or accidents that are caused on/at the field.
  • Please, no climbing on to any of the fencing or gates.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Please stop your dog digging to refrain them from damaging the field surface.
  • If your dog can jump higher than 6 foot, this might not be the right meadow for you.
  • If the previous client stays past your start time and do not appear to be leaving, please call us on 07833 513861

Code of Ethics

Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.

To ensure safety and security standards, dog trainers working with their clients will only be allowed by prior arrangement.

Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed.

To ensure safety and security standards, professional dog walkers will only be allowed by prior arrangement.

If your dog or other pets in your household show any signs of illness, you will reschedule your booking.

All dogs using the field are known to each other and are already socialised with each other.

If you are booking the field for 10 – 12 dogs there must be a minimum of two adults with the dogs.
